WARRANTY

The following verbalization is intended to avail our customers in understanding the terms of our warranty, the circumstances under which we will accolade claims, and the procedure for making such claims.

Gopal Jet Pressure Systems warrants each pump for defect(s) in material or workmanship for a period of Twelve (12) months or 1000 Working hour whichever comes first, from the date of shipment. In addition,

Gopal Jet Pressure Systems warrants all non-wear parts like Pump Head, (pump manifolds, Liquid End), main body, bearing cover, back plate, connecting rod etc. to be free from defect(s) in material and workmanship and from damage. Liability under this warranty is on all non-wear parts and limited to the repair or replacement of any pump returned to Gopal Jet Pressure Systems, which upon inspection, is judged to be defective due to workmanship, material failure or any other reason.

However, the responsibility for product application decisions shall rest with the customer. Gopal Jet Pressure Systems disclaims and denies any liability for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damage, which may be suffered as a result of sale, delivery, servicing, and use, loss of any product, downtime, labour, freight or other charges not expressly included herein. The only liability and the total liability of Gopal Jet Pressure Systems are expressly limited to the repair or replacement. The following are the important contents of Gopal Jet Pressure Systems “Warranty Policy”

  • Normal wear & tear to parts like, Nozzles, Ceramic plungers, plunger seal, main bearings, white metal bearings, Rubber Items (O rings, oil seals, Flexible Lance & Rubber Hose) NRV set , crankshaft etc. Such parts are not covered under standard warranty. We assure full co-operation and may supply such spares at “no profit no loss” basis.
  • Defects caused by the fault or un-awareness of the buyer or third party.
  • Use of unauthorized Spare parts or Other Branded Parts.
  • Extra Modifications made by the customer.
  • Freight damage: Gopal Jet Pressure Systems does not extend the warranty against the freight damage. Therefore, it is advised to insure the goods during, transit due to mishandling by transporters.
  • Damage caused by misuse, wrong application or lack of technical knowhow.
  • Normal Wear & Tear Parts which constantly running.
  • Freight for return, if having any Technical prospects, Whole product shipped responsibility on customers end.
  • Gopal Jet Pressure Systems cannot provide warranty on bought out accessories such as electric motor, Electric Control Panel, pressure gauge and rubber hose, Flexible Lance etc. which are not manufactured by Gopal Jet Pressure Systems However, We understands that, this is the right to customer to get warranty or guarantee period from OEM, We provide you the necessary original documents related to Bought out items.
  • At the time of Repairing of the product while Warranty period, warranty applies only to the replacement part, it does not extend to the equipment or any other of its components.
  • Gopal Jet Pressure Systems does not offer totally free repair or service at customer’s site. However, looking at customer’s genuine trouble, Gopal Jet Pressure Systems deputes Service Engineer or Service Technician on chargeable basis, subject to prepayment of Service Charge.
  • Gopal Jet Pressure Systems strongly recommends deputing an end user or Q. C. Inspector from the company or consultant for the inspection of the equipment prior to dispatch.
    Gopal Jet Pressure Systems will also try its level best to provide Lodging, Boarding and pick up & drop service.
  • In majority cases, following problems are not being arisen due to manufacturing defect or bad workmanship.
    • Scratches on plunger or Leakage in Gland packing
    • Low flow
    • Pulsate flow
    • Low pressure
    • Vibration
  • If required of Engineer for Installation, Commissioning or Maintenance, We can provide you the Engineer on little Chargeable Basis.
  • If customer complains without reading / studying an Instruction manual and other knowledge material, which may not be possible to attend. We expect feedback and maximum information on the problem to attend the problem effectively / efficiently.

    RETURN POLICY OF MATERIAL:

  • To expedite the Return of material, please provide your Gopal Jet Pressure Systems invoice number available when you contact our sales department.
  • Before returning product, please send your written request to info@gopaljetpressuresystems.com
  • If the product is not received within 30 days, a new request to be sent.
  • Freight for return, except for products shipped in error by Gopal Jet Pressure Systems, is the customer’s responsibility.
  • Gopal Jet Pressure Systems  will repair or replace products qualified as defective Gopal Jet Pressure Systems  warranty.
  • If you require immediate replacement for products submitted for warranty consideration, Gopal Jet Pressure Systems will ship and invoice at current price. Standard warranty policy will apply to returned products.

PUMP REPAIRING CLAUSE

  • The party to send the material for repairing on paid and door delivery basis only.
  • To maintain records, we require a returnable challan with appropriate contact details to register its inward in stores.
  • All individual items must be mentioned in challan clearly. This is important to avoid any issue of short supply after returning material.
  • It is compulsory for the customer to fill the Complaint form for repairing and should clearly mention the exact problem in the pump.
  • The estimate for repairing your pump would be sent to you within 3 working days from the date of receipt of goods at our premises
  • After receipt of the estimate at your end, we expect your final decision either to repair the material or not maximum within 5 days from the date of our estimate. If it is not possible due to any reason at your end, your written request and our confirmation is essential. Otherwise material will be returned without repairing TO PAY basis.
  • If the damaged goods are not to be repaired / replaced after dismantling the pump, then the pump will be returned in dismantled condition only, as many of the internal parts are not possible to re-assemble as it is
  • In the event of repairing the goods, you will have to arrange for necessary payment and Performa invoice within max. 3 working days of material readiness intimation from our side.
  • After repairing, we will make G.S.T. Invoice for the spares used for repairing as per our estimate & your PO and Debit Note will be issued for service charge. Service tax will be applicable on service charge.

COMMISSIONING CLAUSE

  • Customer is required to informing for commissioning by E-mail with the all necessary details, with site responsible person.
  • For Commissioning Purpose, You have to arrange required Power connection & Sufficient Water Supply at your end. After readiness of these necessary segments from your end, we are able to appoint our engineer for your site.
  • In case the customer has sent us written confirmation that the site is ready for commissioning and if site not be ready when our engineer / technician reaches at site, then an amount of 5,000/- per day (GST 18% extra)shall be charged extra for wrong information provided. Please note that this would be applicable even when it is a case of free commissioning.
  • Gopal Jet Pressure Systems will depute an engineer for onsite commissioning within 3 to 10 days depending upon the availability of tickets within our budget for each order. If a customer requires engineer / technician on priority, then they can arrange tickets from their end on pre-paid basis.
  • In case any documents are required for the formalities such as gate pass etc. of our engineer / technician, a prior intimation from the customer is necessary to avoid delays at the time of entry.
  • Scope of commissioning shall only include training of working and maintenance of the items provided by us. We shall provide One day commissioning at your site. If customer wants our representative to stay at site for additional days for supervision of pump during operation then charges as per our standards will be charged extra per day Our Scope includes.
    • Quality of Water, which use in equipment for application.
    • Suction Pressure up to 3 to 4 Bar is necessary.
    • Operative Points after Starting the Pump for 2 hours
  • Customer has to sign a Commissioning Report after Successful Commissioning.
  • Basic tools and tackles like Spanners, Allen key etc. should be provided from the customer’s end. Our engineer / technician will accompany only special tools, if required.
  • Commissioning will be offered only for one-time. In any case, if client require technician for more than once, every visit will be on chargeable basis only.It will be customer’s responsibility to arrange their staff for training during commissioning.
  • If any extra requirements of spares or accessories arise during the time of commissioning, it will not be considered as a part of commissioning. It is mandatory to order those requirements separately.
